What is Priority Support?

We’re excited to introduce a new Priority Support feature, available exclusively to users with an active PRO or ULTIMATE subscription on OBDeleven.

What is Priority Support?

If you have an active PRO or ULTIMATE plan, your support inquiries submitted via the OBDeleven app are now marked with Priority Support Enabled. This label means that your requests are prioritized in our support queue, and you’ll receive faster assistance from our team.

How does it work?

  • Once your OBDeleven app detects an active PRO or ULTIMATE subscription, you’ll automatically see the message:


    Your support requests are now prioritized for faster resolution.

  • There’s no need to activate anything manually – this happens automatically as long as your subscription is active.

  • Your ticket will be handled ahead of non-priority users to ensure you get the help you need as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Priority Support is only available for the new PRO and ULTIMATE subscriptions.

  • Users with legacy plans such as the “PRO VAG Lifetime” plan are not eligible for Priority Support.
