If you purchased PRO Pack or ULTIMATE Pack
The PRO plan or ULTIMATE plan comes with your device when you purchase the OBDeleven 3 or OBDeleven 2 (NextGen) accordingly.
When you purchase any of these Packs, the plan comes as part of your package. To activate it, simply connect your device to the OBDeleven app. You’ll see a pop-up asking for your confirmation to redeem the plan. Confirm and enjoy!
If you purchased the PRO plan or ULTIMATE plan separately
If you purchased a subscription separately, you'll need to redeem it on the OBDeleven Dashboard. Just log in to your account, go to "Redeem Code", and enter the code you've received in your email after purchase.
Codes activated from September 15, 2026 at 11:00 Europe/Vilnius require billing and payment card details to complete activation and set up automatic annual renewal. Seeing Applied before completing this flow does not mean activation is finished.
Older two- and three-year codes retain their full duration. Renewal starts only at expiry and is for one year at the regular plan price minus 10%, unless canceled.
