From September 15, 2026, at 11:00 Europe/Vilnius, activating a PRO or ULTIMATE plan code requires automatic-renewal setup. This applies even if you bought the code earlier.
New webshop plans at OBDeleven products are sold for one year. You still receive an activation code by email. During activation, you must provide personal/billing details and a payment card. Temporary or short-lived virtual cards, such as 3-day Revolut cards, are not supported.
There is no additional plan charge during activation. Your plan renews only when its full activation period ends, for one year at the regular plan price minus 10%, unless you cancel renewal. There is no monthly billing.
An old two- or three-year code keeps its full duration. Its first renewal happens after that period and is for one year.
Direct purchases in the OBDeleven app are unchanged. Claiming a plan included inside a Pack device does not automatically enable renewal, regardless of the seller. You can choose to enable renewal for that plan in profile settings. Credits-only codes are unaffected.
For manual extension of an active plan, the existing 30-day rule remains: another code can be applied only with 30 days or less remaining, and the remaining days are preserved.
