Why have I not received an e-mail with my VAG PRO/Ultimate Plan activation code?

NextGen users who have ordered the PRO/ULTIMATE pack for VAG vehicles using the OBDeleven website will receive the plan once the device is plugged into the vehicle and the first attempt to connect through the OBDeleven mobile app is made (the same can be for the VAG PRO/Ultimate pack purchased from our distributors). Then, the users will be prompted to activate a plan.


If you have purchased a digital content VAG PRO/Ultimate plan, the VAG PRO/Ultimate activation code is automatically sent to the email of purchase in our online store.


If you can't find the VAG PRO/Ultimate version activation code in your inbox, you can check the spam or bulk e-mail folder just in case the message got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the letter and mark it "Not Spam", which should allow future letters to get through.
