If you're using OBDeleven NextGen device
If you're using the OBDeleven NextGen device, you don't need to pair it via Bluetooth. You just need to turn Bluetooth on, click "Connect" on the OBDeleven app, and choose your device from the list.
If you're using OBDeleven FirstGen device
If you're using the OBDeleven FirstGen device (out of stock already) and your phone doesn't find it, try the following steps:
Check if the red power LED on the device is active
Disable Bluetooth on your phone, then enable it again
Restart your phone by turning it off and on again
Try to search for the device via Bluetooth settings with the vehicle ignition turned off
Make sure your phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth device (e.g., car media, hands-free)
Unpair all previously paired Bluetooth devices
