How to activate the PRO plan, ULTIMATE plan, or Credits from the code?

How to redeem digital products

If you purchased a plan or Credits from the OBDeleven.com website and received an activation code by email, you must redeem it in the OBDeleven web dashboard.

Activation codes are not redeemed directly inside the mobile app.

Step 1 — log in to the OBDeleven web Dashboard

Go to:

👉 https://obdeleven.com
Click "Dashboard" in the top-right corner.


Use the same email and password you use in the OBDeleven mobile app.


Step 2 — open “Activate your plan or Credits”

After logging in, you will see the “Activate your plan or Credits” page.


Step 3 — enter your activation code

  1. Paste the activation code exactly as received.

  2. Click Activate.

Once successful, your plan or Credits will be linked to your account.


Step 4 — check activation in the mobile app

After activation:

  1. Open the OBDeleven mobile app.

  2. Log in with the same account.

  3. Go to "More" → Press on your Profile

  4. Confirm your active plan or Credits balance.


⚠ Important Information

✔ Codes are redeemed in the web dashboard only.
✔ Plans are linked to your account, not your device.
✔ You must use the same account in both web dashboard and mobile app.
✔ Codes can only be redeemed once.

✔ You can not transfer the plan or credits from one account to another.


I redeemed the code but don’t see my plan/credits

Check:

  • Are you logged into the same account in the app?

  • Did you restart the app?

  • Did the activation show a success message in the dashboard?

If still not visible, contact support with:

  • Activation code

  • Order number/screenshot of the invoice


My code says “Invalid” or “Already Used”

Possible reasons:

  • Typo in the code

  • Code already redeemed

  • Wrong account used during activation

  • Code purchased from third-party seller

If you believe the code is valid, contact support with:

  • Code

  • Proof of purchase

  • Order number


If You Purchased a PRO or ULTIMATE Pack

If you bought a bundle that includes a plan:

  • You do not need to redeem anything.

  • The plan will activate automatically when connecting directly to your OBDeleven device.


Purchased from Amazon?

If your purchase included a device + plan bundle, you will not need to redeem a code.

The plan will activate automatically when connecting directly to your OBDeleven device.

Note: If you purchased the OBDeleven PRO pack with credits, ULTIMATE Pack, or OBDeleven 3 device, the plan or Credits come as part of your package. To activate the plan or redeem Credits, simply connect your device to the OBDeleven app. You’ll see a popup asking for your confirmation to redeem the plan or Credits. Confirm and enjoy!

⚠ Activation codes are redeemed in the web dashboard. If you try to find this option in the mobile app, you will not see it there.
