If you're unable to install the OBDeleven mobile app on your Android device, ensure that you're using Android 8 or a later version.

If your operational system meets this requirement, follow the steps below to fix the issue:

1. Clear Google Play Store cache and data

Access Settings:

  • Pull down the notification bar on your Android device

  • Tap the gear-shaped settings icon, or find "Settings" in the application tray

Navigate to Apps:

  • Go to "Applications" or "Application Manager"

  • Scroll down and find "Google Play Store"

Clear cache and data:

  • Select "Google Play Store"

  • Tap "Clear Cache"

  • Tap "Clear Data"

Clearing the cache and data will erase any corrupt files that may be causing the problem.

2. Restart Google Play Store

  • Close the Google Play Store

  • Reopen the Google Play Store

3. Try installing the app again

  • Search for the OBDeleven mobile app

  • Try to install it again
