Your PRO VAG or ULTIMATE VAG subscription and/or Credits are linked to your OBDeleven account. They won't disappear from your account unless you use them on One-Click Apps (applicable to Credits) or they expire.

If you have an active subscription and/or Credits and can't see them after logging in on a new phone, you might be using another account or accidentally creating a new one. This can happen if you logged in with a social sign-in (like Facebook or Apple ID) previously and haven't linked it with the email you are now using, or vice versa.

Here's how to resolve this:

  1. Verify account details: Double-check which account you used to log in previously (Facebook, Email, or Apple ID).

  2. Link accounts: If you have used a social sign-in before, ensure that your account is correctly linked to your email. You can do that in Profile > Account linking on iOS or Profile > Green pen icon > Link to other account on Android.
