OBDeleven NextGen device

You can return quality hardware to OBDeleven within 14 working days for any reason. Just make sure it’s in the original packaging and has no marks of use. Keep in mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Digital content (subscriptions & Credits)

If you bought a PRO VAG or ULTIMATE VAG subscription plan, you can get a refund within 30 days as long as you haven’t used it. Once you use any feature, it’s non-refundable. Also, if you bought a pack or bundle (for example, the NextGen device + Credits), you’ll need to return the whole package, not just part of it.

Unused Credit activation codes can be returned within 30 days from when the code was generated.

You'll need to specify the reason why you'd like to return your order and provide:

  • Your purchase invoice

  • Email you used for purchase
