Disclaimer: We reserve the right to issue refunds for Credits purchased directly via the OBDeleven mobile app at our discretion. If a refund is granted, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.

Unused Credit activation codes can be returned within 30 days from the moment the code is generated. If you used at least some of the Credits, they can't be returned.

Also note that Packs or promotional bundles can only be returned as a single item, not individually. For example, if you bought a NextGen device with Credits, it's not possible to refund just the Credits.

Steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via chat.

  2. Include your order ID and details about the Credits or activation codes you wish to refund.

  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the decision.
