Logging in with email and password

If you're having trouble logging into your account on the OBDeleven Dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Open the dashboard here.

2. Enter the email and password you used to create your OBDeleven account. Pay attention to capitalization – if your email includes any capital letters, make sure you enter them exactly as they appear.

Note: The login credentials for the website dashboard and your OBDeleven mobile app are the same.

3. Once you've entered your email and password, click "Continue" to sign in.

Forgot your password?

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password?" button.

Logging in with social sign-in

Alternatively, you can sign in via Facebook or Apple ID if your OBDeleven account was created using these login methods.

Important: We recommend adding an email to accounts created with Facebook or Apple ID. If you created your account with an Apple ID and you can't sign in, you won't receive an email for password recovery unless you add the email to your OBDeleven account.
