To create a new OBDeleven account, you'll first need to download the mobile app from your app store:
OBDeleven VAG – if you're a Volkswagen Group (VAG) vehicle owner
OBDeleven - if you're a BMW Group, Toyota Group, or any other car brand owner
Then, follow the instructions below depending on your operational system.
Creating account on iOS
1. Open the mobile app and click on "Profile."
2. Choose "Sign up" if you want to create your OBDeleven account using the email or select Facebook or X icon if you want to create it using social sign-in.
3. If you're creating the account using your email, fill in the required details: your name, email, and password. Then, click "Sign up."
4. You'll get a verification email to your inbox. Click on the link inside to finish the signup.
Creating account on Android
1. Open the mobile app and click on "Profile."
2. Choose "Sign up" if you want to create your OBDeleven account using the email or select Facebook icon if you want to create it using social sign-in.
3. If you're creating the account using your email, fill in the required details: your name, email, and password. Then, click "Sign up."
