I entered the wrong address for my order. What should I do?

If you entered the incorrect address during checkout and not yet received your order tracking link, contact our Customer Support team immediately via chat here and provide your order ID (a 9-digit number you received to your email, for example, #000123456).

Important note: Our Customer Support team can only alter delivery details before the ordered goods have been processed and moved to fulfilment. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.
