Long coding is used to set various options in the control module. To access this function follow the instructions:
Press the button
to open control units list.
Select the needed control unit by
tapping on it.
Press
"Long coding" button.
The use of Long Coding:
Press and hold
button to open the long coding value.
display the current long coding value of selected control unit. Some control units require a valid login code before you can re-code them. You can find more information about the login codes HERE
Press
button to change the long coding format from HEX to ASCII or vice versa.
Press
button to open the byte selection.
Enter the byte number and press "OK".
Press
button to open the HEX value of selected byte.
display the current value of selected byte.
Press
button to change the format of value from HEX to DEC or vice versa.
Mark/Unmark the bits of byte.
Press
buttons to scroll via the bytes (The right arrow to the right side and left arrow to the left side).
Press and hold
button to accept and save all changes which were done.
Development of descriptions:
hold on the bit value.
Press
button to select the language of displayed values descriptions.
the list of languages are displayed of which the descriptions were created.
Press
button to add the descriptions.
Press
button to select in which language the description will be created.
select the language.
enter the names.
Press
button to save the description.
Rate the descriptions by pressing
buttons.
