Long coding UDS is used to set various options in a control module. To access this function follow the instructions:
Press the button
to open control units list.
Select the needed control unit by
tapping on it.
Press
"Long coding" button.
The use of Long Coding UDS:
Press
button to change the coding from textual to the standard and vice versa.
the standard long coding has been opened. To see instructions how to use the standard long coding press HERE
Select
the option.
display the current value.
Select
another value and press "OK". Some control units require a valid login code before you can re-code them. About login codes more information HERE
another value has been set.
Press and hold
button to accept the changes.
scroll up or down via the values of selected control unit in long coding.
