The security access function should be used on some (but not all) control units before you start to code or change adaptation values. The security access "enables" certain features like cruise control. To access the function follow the instruction:
Connect to your vehicle by pressing

Open the list of control units by pressing

Select the needed control unit by tapping on it

Open the security access by pressing

The use of Security Access:
In the marked zone
you will need to enter the security Login.
The buttons "SEARCH" and "ENTER" will not be active if you will not enter the security Login.
Currently, the Login finder is in development on iOS.
Apply the security Login by pressing

If the security Login is correct you will get the notification "Success", if the security Login is not correct, you will get notification "Failed".
Security Access Search Function:
In the marked zone
you will need to enter the security Login.
Enter the Login code. Valid Login codes can be found in the factory repair manual for your car (do not ask us for it). Login code is 5 digits code in the range 00000-65535 (Control units with KWP2000 and UDS protocols can use a larger range than it is provided in the application, up to ten digits).
By pressing
"SEARCH" you can start the login search. (To start a search you must enter at least one valid code. By using the "Search" function you can find out all available logins codes of the selected control unit. Search procedure can be terminated at any time and next time you will begin with the same progress as you have finished before).
The scan has been started. The remaining time of the scan will be calculated.
You will see Login codes appearing on the list.
You will get the notification "Search complete" when it is done.
In the marked zone
you will find all the Login codes that were found.
The OBDeleven provides Login codes that were entered by other users. Some of the Login codes are individual for the control unit and for this reason provided Logins could be refused by your vehicle control unit.
Enter the Login code on the field, or you can choose from the list by pressing on the Login code
. (After three incorrect tries to enter the login, the control unit will be locked for up to 20 minutes. You have to have the ignition ON or the engine running in order to start the clock in order to unlock the control unit).
