Scanning vehicle control units for faults

In order to perform the automatic fault scan of vehicle control units follow the instructions below:

  • Connect to your vehicle by pressing

    .

  • Start the scan of your vehicle by pressing

    .

  • In the marked zone

    indicators shows in which part of the system fault was found:

    - the problem(s) was detected in the engine control unit.

    - the problem(s) was detected in the ABS (anti-lock braking) system of the car.

    - the problem(s) was detected in the airbag system of the car.

    - the problem(s) was detected in the steering column system of the car.

    - the problem(s) was detected in other control units.

  • Marked zone

    display already scanned control units in the form: Scanned/All units.

  • Indicator

    displays which control unit is in the scanning mode at the moment.

  • Indicator

    shows the amount of found problems/faults.

  • You can cancel the scanning by pressing

    .

  • In the marked zone

    , you will find the number of problems/faults and by swiping up, you can clear all the faults.

  • display already cleaned faults in the form: Cleaned/All faults.

Passive - faults that can be cleaned after reading the trouble codes without changing car parts. Passive faults warn about the bigger issues later. Active - faults are faults which can't be cleaned without fixing or changing car part.
