If you entered the incorrect address into the order information during checkout, please contact the customer support team immediately and provide an order reference ID (It's a 9-digit number, for example, #000123456). Our customer support team can only alter delivery details before the ordered goods have been processed and moved onto item fulfilment. They will not be able to change the address if the shipment is already dispatched.
