Sometimes the shipments are delayed. The first step, in this case, should be to check the tracking information for the current status and if the shipping term has passed. If it is passed then based on your selected carrier, next step would be to contact carrier representatives :

1. For standard shipping method and for deutsche post - contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking data ;

2. For UPS or/and DHL contact their local representatives ;

3. For Amazon shipping - contact our customer support ;

If the tracking information doesn't show anything, and carrier representatives do not respond - contact our customer support.
