Sometimes, the delivery of your goods might be delayed. If your order delivery is delayed, the first step should be to check the tracking information for the current status of your package and if the shipping term has passed. If it is passed, then based on your selected carrier, the next step would be to contact the shipping carrier representatives:

1. For standard shipping method and Deutsche Post - contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number;

2. For UPS or/and DHL, contact their local representatives;

3. For Amazon shipping - contact our customer support;

If the tracking information doesn't show anything and carrier representatives do not respond - please contact our customer support at [email protected].
